Customers are eligible to submit return requests within 60 days after receiving their packages. Any return applications submitted beyond the 60-day window will not be accepted by our after-sales team, and we reserve the right to reject overdue return demands.

After we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm they meet intact return standards, the formal refund process will start immediately. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 business days, and the full payment amount of your original order will be returned to your original payment account without deduction of handling fees.

To qualify for full refunds, returned jewelry items must remain unused, unmodified, with original packaging, accessories and tags intact. Custom engraved jewelry can still apply for free returns as long as the product itself is undamaged and unused within the 60-day return window.

We only reject refund requests for items with man-made damage, lost original packaging or return applications submitted after the 60-day valid period. For all other normal return demands, we guarantee full refunds and free return shipping as stated on pandorasalehub.com.
